The below Terms and Conditions are for all courses that Australian Consulting & Training Solutions Pty Ltd T/A Academy Hospitality Australia and Zealifi (RTO No 31709) https://training.gov.au/organisation/details/31709/summary delivers and issues certification.

Booking Conditions

Fees and Refund Conditions

  • There are no hidden fees regarding the course prices listed on the website, Zealifi does not charge extra fees for urgent marking, course extensions, or one on one support. The price listed is all you pay for the course, however if you are paying via credit/debit card a card processing fee will be added at the checkout.
  • There are extra fees that would only apply in these circumstances:
    • Refunds less paid transaction fees
    • Replacement certificate fee – $50 for RMLV and $15 for all other training courses, this includes postage and administration, and fees must be paid prior to issuing the replacement certificate.
  • No show on the day of the face to face course will incur a 100% forfeit of monies.
