Short Refresher Course for Responsible Service of Gaming – This course is NOT a substitute for the full Provide Responsible Gambling Services Course SITHGAM001 which is a Nationally recognised unit of competency from the Hospitality Training Package. This program has been developed to up skill and refresh the knowledge required to practice Responsible Service of Gaming according to legislative requirements.
One significant point to note is that, when we refer to problem gambling and responsible gambling in this course, we are referring to all forms of legalised gambling (including wagering).
