Why do I need an RSG/RCG?
If you work in a gambling-related establishment, you need to have either a SITHGAM001 Provide Responsible Gambling Services Statement of Attainment (known as RSG) in Queensland or a Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) Competency Card in NSW. A gambling-related establishment includes casinos, hotels and clubs. If you plan to work in hospitality, this is a useful qualification to have up your sleeve as most venues, hotels and clubs offer gambling in some form these days.
How do I complete the Qld RSG
Queensland RSG: Zealifi offers RSG courses online only. A Qld RSG is valid for life when issued with a Statement of Attainment on completion of training.
