When we receive your booking we will email out the confirmation letter with the course particulars listed, and the electronic copy of the RMLV course manual and Zealifi’s supplementary guide.
In this email will include the online enrolment form link, which will be required to complete prior to the course to avoid any delays in issuing out your certificate. Please be aware the information in the online form will be used for the production and distribution of your certificate. For example your name and address details. If this information is incorrect Zealifi cannot be held liable for misspelt or non-delivery of certificates.
We offer the RMLV course in two formats, our most popular live weekly video conference by Zoom that gives you the flexibility to complete it from home, workplace, beach or park the options are endless. Or our long-time favourite face to face class, scheduled from Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast. Duration 10 hours including breaks legislated by Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR).
Our RMLV courses are delivered by experienced licensees and industry managers. Zealifi’s RMLV course has been designed with careful compliance consideration and practice for all identified licence types and includes detailed State Government produced Reference Manual, Zealifi compiled Supplementary Workbook, current trading licence examples, audit information and tools.
Regardless of your choice – face to face class or live video conference you won’t fall short when it comes to doing either format. The RMLV course has been structured to assist you identify clearly the risks associated with operating a licensed premise and importantly gives you the tools to ensure your venue remains safe, compliant, and successful. We share with you what you can do, to run a successful and profitable hospitality business.
Upon successful completion and payment received you will receive the electronic copy of your approved OLGR RMLV certificate within 48 hours, and the original copy is posted out to you shortly after that. If you happen to misplace or lose your certificate, we are here to help as you can request an electronic copy of your certificate complimentary at any given time. If you need a paper replacement certificate, we can fulfil your request with a payment of $30 (incl. postage).
